Labels We Love: Echo Hill Orchards Winery & Distillery
Autumn for New Englanders means apple picking, pumpkin carving, and trips to favorite local orchards. Echo Hill Orchards Winery & Distillery is one of those local favorites that many from the Dion team frequent for apple picking, fresh crafted wine, and distilled spirits. Over 25 years ago the Krupczak family purchased the apple farm that is now the center for the business. They expanded to offer additional fruits including pumpkins, pears, peaches, and a huge pick your own sunflower field.
About a decade after purchasing the apple field, the family-owned orchard added a winery to their location and thus started the expansion of the local retreat. Today, along with the pick your own fruit fields, Echo Hill has a winery and distillery on premises with a fantastic store, tasting tent, and beautiful wooden outside pavilion for enjoying drinks and treats. Local food trucks line up on the weekends to provide tasty snacks for visitors.
Some of the local favorites at this winery & distillery include Apple Pie Moonshine, Pumpkin Pie Moonshine, Capri-Sungria, and the collection of dessert wines. Moonshine and other distilled spirits are packaged in mason jars or glass jugs with kraft material labels for a rustic feel. Jars and jugs are finished with a hand dipped colored wax seal over the cap. These products are all handcrafted in small batches and tasting for those of age is available on site.
The bottled wine collection uses a wrap around label in a variety of metallic and non-metallic varieties. High-quality material, high decoration and metallic options are just a few of the ways Dion can help you create a beautiful wine or spirits label.
Currently open Thursday through Sunday for the 2023 season, Echo Hill Orchards Winery & Distillery can be found nestled in the hills of Monson, MA. If you are looking for assistance with your wine or spirits packaging, request a sample packet to get started with a label specialist!
