Meet the Team: Brittney Frohock, Human Resources Generalist at Inovar Packaging Group

Brittney Frohock has been a member of the Inovar HR team since September 2024, but her history with the company spans nearly 12 years, previously working with the Westfield business unit. Her long-standing connection to the organization gives her a unique perspective on how far both the company and its people have grown.

What Brittney enjoys most about the packaging and label industry is watching the evolution of both the products and the people. “So many of our employees have grown with the company and worked their way up as Inovar has expanded”. Seeing that development firsthand is one of the most rewarding aspects of her role.

A recent project she’s especially proud of is the revamp of the company’s performance review process. Though still in progress, she already sees significant improvement and strong engagement from both employees and managers. When it comes to culture, Brittney describes Inovar as collaborative and growth minded. She appreciates how employees are encouraged to work toward shared goals while clearly seeing the impact of their contributions. Her approach to problem-solving is solutions-focused, beginning with the desired outcome and working collaboratively to get there. A meaningful challenge that helps her grow is learning to appreciate different perspectives, especially since her role directly affects the employee experience.

Brittney’s first paid job was working at an eight-stall horse barn, where she was responsible for evening cleanouts and feedings. The job taught her hard work, responsibility, and consistency at a young age.

A fun fact most people don’t know: Brittney once traveled and competed as a singer in a country band and even recorded a three-song EP at just 16 years old. If she could switch jobs for a day, Brittney would love to be a zoologist thanks to her love of animals. Her ideal day off includes self-care—hitting the gym, taking long walks with her dog, and curling up with a book.

Outside of Inovar, Brittney owns her own photography business, specializing in wedding and portrait photography on weekends.
