Meet the Team: Jeff Brezek – CEO at Inovar Packaging Group

Jeff Brezek has been leading Inovar Packaging Group as Chief Executive Officer for the past 5 ½ years. With a deep understanding of the label and packaging space, Jeff is passionate about the critical role labels play in the supply chain. “Our customers can’t sell their products without our labels—we hold a very strategic position”. “That brings both stability and the opportunity to deliver real value, which fuels our growth.”

When asked about a memorable project, Jeff doesn’t hesitate: “The most memorable ‘project’ began on my very first day and continues today—building the best team of people in the industry.” For Jeff, everything Inovar accomplishes is rooted in the dedication and talent of its people.

Jeff’s first job was delivering a weekly newspaper in elementary school. “It taught me commitment, perseverance, and creativity”. He eventually learned how to stack the entire route on his wagon, saving time and energy—a skillset that still resonates with him as a leader today.

If Jeff could switch jobs for a day, he’d be a jet fighter pilot. “I’ve always been fascinated by military aircraft”. A fun fact about Jeff? He’s an excellent cook and makes a “mean short rib ragu sauce.” On his days off, you’ll likely find Jeff on the golf course. If given the chance to have dinner with a historical figure, he’d choose Abraham Lincoln. “He was a tremendous leader who held the country together during the Civil War and got big things done in a divisive time. I’d love to ask him how he managed through it personally.”
