Meet the Team: Lynn Jendersee – Customer Service and Pre-Press Manager at Cimarron Label, an Inovar Company

Lynn Jendersee is the Customer Service and Pre-Press Manager at Cimarron Label, an Inovar Company, and has been with the company for 12 years. Working in a leadership role in pre-press/graphics and customer service has allowed her to help customers navigate the label creation process from art setup to the finished product.

One of Lynn’s most memorable projects was working with a large ag-chem company to transition label creation, maintenance, and language translation to Cimarron Label. She describes the multi-year project as a rewarding experience that built trust and a strong relationship between the customer and her team.

When it comes to Inovar’s culture, Lynn values the company’s focus on understanding and meeting customer needs while providing a supportive, collaborative environment for employees. Her approach to problem-solving is collaborative, bringing together new and veteran team members to combine institutional knowledge with fresh perspectives. A challenge that keeps her growing is being open to change; seeing it as an opportunity to learn and improve rather than immediately saying no.

Lynn’s very first job was as an office cleaner starting at age 14. The experience taught her attention to detail, responsibility, and the importance of treating all employees with kindness and respect.

A fun fact about Lynn is that she and her husband ran off to Las Vegas to get married, and they have been married for 26 years. If given the chance to switch jobs for a day, she would choose a NICU RN, inspired by the care her son received during his 98-day NICU stay.

Outside of work, Lynn enjoys spending her days off reading in her backyard. If she could have dinner with any historical figure, she would choose Dolly Parton for her talent, philanthropic heart, sense of humor, and genuine kindness.
