Also, over time, they switched to shrink sleeves on large volume orders and were working with a vendor that offered great pricing, but a 4-6 week lead time.

To alleviate the initial lead time and pricing issues, Inovar recommended combo runs for their orders that were the same size and a special program to ensure best pricing with deliver of labels within 24-48 hours.
