As we’ve experienced massive growth, both organically and through acquisitions in the last several years, our expertise and offerings have increased commensurately.

Not only are we a large company who can offer a full array of label and flexible packaging solutions as well as redundancy, quick lead times, and many specialty offerings, with our regional locations we also maintain our mission for customer-centric service and support. We’d like to introduce you to some of our facilities and share a bit about what they do best.

Amherst Label

Located in Milford, NH, Amherst Label joined Inovar Packaging Group after 45 years as a family-owned, veteran-owned business. Customer-driven, with a reputation for innovation and reliability, Amherst Label specializes in flexographic, digital, and screen printing. From the solar-powered facility in Milford, NH, for customers with products ranging from beverage, specialty food, and cannabis to housewares—“we can label that.”

On top of providing incredible customer service and constantly working to find new paths toward sustainable options for their customers and internal operations, Amherst Label also offers various specialty label features, including RFID embedded product labels and fantastic embellishments like Fathom technology for moving graphics, piggyback labels, and more.

Cimmaron Label

In 2023, Inovar acquired Cimarron Label and Western Printing. Their three manufacturing facilities in South Dakota work together to provide labels for complex markets such as agricultural, chemical, lawn and garden, automotive, plus many more.

The team at Cimarron have built an industry-leading business focused on complex extended content and booklet labels. Cimarron understands the ever-changing needs of their customers and is dedicated to delivering high-quality innovative solutions.

Dion Label Printing

As a label printer that has been in business for over fifty years, Dion Label Printing, located in Westfield, MA, has extensive experience providing superior quality print solutions for brands across a variety of product markets. As a leader in the narrow web printing industry, they continuously endeavor for the highest quality service and product while pushing to innovate in both digital and flexographic printing.

From emerging to long-established brands, all of their customers receive the same outstanding level of service. They provide dedicated representatives to every client to make sure all needs are fulfilled. They pride themselves on fast response times, availability, and diligence. They have multiple certifications for color, consistency, and FDA regulations. Their capabilities include everything from extended content labels to shrink sleeves, and just about everything in between.

Flexo-Graphics

Housed in a 50,000 square foot facility outside of Milwaukee, WI, this facility prides themselves on being flexible, innovative, and responsive to the changing needs of their customers, with an unwavering commitment to customer success.

Their plant is best known for extended content labels—including dual-ply, industrial labels, high end multi-color retail labels, and medical labels printed both flexographically and digitally. They are also proficient at consecutive numbering and lot coding using both digital and videojet imaging. While they’re known for these complex capabilities, they can produce custom labels for any application you need.

Precision Label

In San Diego, CA Precision Label is committed to being a pine forest in the midst of the daily corporate grind. Their fully integrated state of the art facility is brimming with the latest printing technologies and processes. Their knowledgeable staff consistently provide exceptional customer care with the intent of making your needs their priority. And their industry experience and resources provide you with innovative solutions that outperform the competition. 

Their plant is best known for our NEXT HD™ digital hybrid print technology and their proprietary expanded gamut Hexa-Color™ technology, which allows them to print at flexographic run speeds with all the efficiencies of a digital press. They developed their NEXT HD™ technology to offset the lead time and increased costs associated with traditional flexographic printing.

Tabco

Located in Kansas City, KS. Tabco is a manufacturer of premium custom printed labels, extended content labels, pouches, and flexible packaging. With over 60 years of experience serving the industrial, pet care, nutraceutical, and many other sectors, Tabco understands the ever-changing needs of its customers.

Tabco excels in delivering complicated labels that the average shop simply can’t produce, including complex peel and reveal labels. These are widely used in the pet care industry, in which Tabco serves three of the top five pet food manufacturers. Now, as a member of the Inovar team, they bring their extensive expertise to an even wider customer base.

Along with all of these facilities, we have our headquarters which have recently moved to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Dallas, TX and a plant in Newburyport, MA that is best known for pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, and flexible packaging, primarily for the food and beverage industry.
